Method 1: Restart your Console.

  4. Please choose a storage location and press the “A” button on your controller.
  5. Please choose “Games and Apps” and press the “A” button again.
  6. You can scroll down and check for corrupted game save files. A corrupted file will be marked with a yellow exclamation point so they will be easy to find.
  7. If you find a corrupted saved game file, please choose it and press the “A” button.
  8. Afterwards you have to choose “Delete” and press the “A” button again.
  9. If you are asked to confirm that you will permanently delete the content from your console, so you can choose “Yes”.
  10. The last you can repeat this process for all corrupted save game files.
