Unfortunately, we do not do it, and so the error message is like “401 Unauthorized Access”, there are those who do not know how to handle it. How to Fix Error 401 Unauthorized?

  • An important cause of this error is when the URL is entered into the address line. It could be that you typed the wrong URL and ended up in pages that require authorization when you least expect it.
  • If you expect to enter credentials, make sure you type the correct credentials. Or go back to the homepage and see the login for the inbox if you accidentally missed the login screen.
  • If you believe everything is in order, you need to contact the webmaster and tell them what was going on. You may be able to find something on their side that causes problems outside your control.
