Then, you can click on Services in order to find Background Intelligent Transfer Service from the list. Please right click it once it is found so the Properties can be displayed. The next thing you have to do is to go to the general tab and then select Automatic (delayed start) as the startup type. There, you can click on start to initialize the service. In case the service is not success to run, please go back to the option of general service that has the list of the other services. After that, you can open the windows event log, right click, and open Properties. In this stage, you are able to change the startup type to Automatic instead of automatic (delayed start). In the end, you can go back to BITS and then click start.
The second one is checking for the corrupt files. In this method, you can use a special tool called Total System Care. All you need to do is to download this tool and then install it. once it is installed, please launch the program and you will be able to scan the corrupt files. It is so easy to scan those files. It only takes less than a minute to do so. In that time, it will show you if the system has the issues that needs to be solved. You can do the process manually. To do it, please press Win + R together in order to run the menu. Then, type CMD and then press OK or right click on the Start button and then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
When the Command Prompt shows up, you have to type “C:\>sfc/scannow” or “sfc/scannow”. If the process starts, please allow it to run. Please take your time because it might take some time.
